1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Toy Screw Workshop (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review these Terms with you.

2. The Game

Toy Screw Workshop is a puzzle game in which players remove and sort virtual screws from layered toy boards. Features, levels, visuals, tools, rewards, and availability may change as the Game is developed and updated. Screenshots on this website may come from a development build and do not guarantee an identical final store version.

3. Limited license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on a compatible device, subject to these Terms and the rules of the distribution platform.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the Game except where applicable law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, automation, exploits, or unauthorized tools to interfere with gameplay or services;
• circumvent security, access controls, reward conditions, or platform restrictions;
• use the Game to violate law, infringe rights, or harm another person or system;
• misrepresent an unofficial copy, service, or website as being operated by us.

5. Progress and virtual items

Game progress, virtual tools, reward states, and settings may be stored locally on your device. They are licensed game features, have no real-world cash value, and are not transferable. Clearing app data, uninstalling, changing devices, restoring a backup, corruption, or an update may affect locally stored progress. We do not guarantee recovery of local progress.

6. Advertising, rewards, and purchases

The Android project reviewed for these Terms does not currently integrate an advertising SDK or Google Play Billing. Some interfaces may display optional reward wording or may be activated only on supported platforms. If a distributed version later offers ads, rewarded videos, or purchases, the feature will be subject to the applicable provider and store terms, and related disclosures will be updated. Never assume that a reward is available unless the Game confirms it.

7. Third-party platforms

Google Play, Android, device manufacturers, and any future service providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party stores, networks, advertisements, links, or services that we do not control.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, website, software, artwork, characters, graphics, sounds, text, trademarks, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, rebalance, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Game. We do not promise that the Game will always be available, compatible with every device, error-free, or preserved in a particular version.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or access arising from use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Game, users, rights, or legal compliance. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the Game or applicable requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and rights in your place of residence are not limited by these Terms. Any dispute should first be raised through the contact address below so the parties can attempt an informal resolution.
